Q. Do you do discounted rates for charities and community groups? 

A. Yes, get in touch with our team and we will discuss your booking. 

Q. Can you provide a licensed bar for events? 

A. Yes, please indicate on booking and our team will be in touch to discuss requirements. Please note that we currently operate temporary event notices for licensed events so will only be able to provide a bar if we have necessary time to make an application. 

Q. Are you linked to Jubilee Church Hull? 

A. Yes! Jubilee Central is a business owned and run by Jubilee Church but used by everyone in the community. You can find out more about our church by visiting the website (https://notdull.org/). 

Q. Can we bring our own food and drink? 

A. We have in-house catering at Jubilee Central. We offer a full range of menus and will be happy to meet with you prior to your event to discuss any aspect of your brief. All menus can be obtained on request. External catering is only permitted should Jubilee be unable to assist with your request and permission must be received from the team. For ticketted events, no external food and drinks will be allowed into the premises. 

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit when booking? 

A. We ask that 10% of the room hire fee is made to secure a booking and full payment is due 7 days prior to the event. 

Q. Is Jubilee Central wheel chair accessible? 

A. Yes, Jubilee is wheel chair accesible and has restroom facilities for wheel chair users.
